Some EPP and Yarn Eater

I have been working on a number of projects this week.  The yarn eater afghan is coming along nicely. I really enjoy making these blocks.
I have also been making some more 2", six pointed diamonds for the Temecula Quilt Co's challenge.  You make one fussy cut diamond star each week.  This week is number six.  I have made nine diamond stars so far.  I'm feeling a little smug being ahead.  We will see how long that lasts though.  I usually get behind really quickly.

 The one above looks like a sea creature.  The one below is fussy cut across a stripe.  It gives one that fabulous effect of a circle.

Here are some more square waiting for the last row which joins them to the afghan!
